The Governance & Polity Committee is pleased to announce that our congregation has officially approved the slate of candidates for the Board of Governance! This marks a significant milestone in the journey of St. James Community Church as we move forward with a strong and faithful leadership structure.

Your participation in this process is a testament to the unity and commitment of our church family. A total of 195 members cast their votes, with 175 voting YES and 20 voting NO, affirming the slate of seven board members and three alternates. The vote was conducted both in person and online, ensuring accessibility for all, and a live help desk was available throughout the process to support members.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication, prayers, and engagement of our congregation. This Board will play a vital role in shaping the future of our church, ensuring that we remain rooted in faith, guided by wisdom, and committed to the mission God has called us to fulfill.
