St. James Community Church and the Christian Education Ministry would like to extend our congratulations on your upcoming high school graduation.

We know that pursuing higher education can be both challenging and exciting. To help with the financial challenges, St. James is offering the Chestene M. Carter Memorial Scholarship and the St. James Christian Education Grant, to promote and support higher education opportunities for High School graduates.

Completed applications must be returned to the scholarship committee per the scholarship instructions by 11:59 PM ET on Thursday, April 18, 2024; NO EXCEPTIONS!

Chestene M. Carter Memorial Scholarship
Amount: Average awards ranging from $1000 – $5000
Minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher

St. James Christian Education Grant
Amount: Awards up to $250
