
Stitching Together: New Quilting & Sewing Group
Are you looking for a creative way to serve and connect? Join our brand-new Quilting Group at St. James! Whether you are a master quilter or a young adult eager to pick up a needle and thread for the first time, there is a place for you at the table.
Led by Anita Brinson and Yvette Guyton, our mission is to build a Christ-centered community, one stitch at a time. Together, we’ll create handmade gifts of hope and comfort for our church families and the local community, while passing down the art of sewing to the next generation.
The Details:
- When: Every 2nd & 4th Saturday (Starting April 25)
- Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Where: Room 203
- Who: Quilters of all ages and young adults (18+) interested in learning to sew
What to Bring:
To help us get started, please bring your own sewing tools and equipment. We are excited to unite experienced creators with eager learners to strengthen our congregation for generations to come.
