About Us

We invite you to submit this form at least 6 weeks before your Ministry event. By doing so, you give us the opportunity to enthusiastically promote your event to both the congregation and the wider community.

Please note that your event will be featured in our Sunday announcements for three consecutive Sundays leading up to the event. Additionally, it will be showcased in our weekly Happenings Newsletter and shared across our social media platforms ahead of the special day. We look forward to helping make your event a great success!

Each ministry is responsible for creating event registration their own ministry events. For paid events, please utilize Secure Give and contact finance for further instructions. For free events, we strongly encourage using Shelby Next for efficient registration.

However, if Eventbrite is required, please utilize the Church’s designated Eventbrite account. For further assistance or account access, please contact Larry or Sheryl for help with Shelby Next.
